Shamanic Healing
Shamanic healing is an ancient therapeutic practice that is rapidly gaining recognition in the 21st century. It’s widely thought to benefit our spirituality, physical well-being, and mental health.
I can’t help but think we’ve more to learn about ourselves than we may be aware of. Do you agree?
In my opinion, Shamanic healing could help you embrace a clearer understanding of how you see yourself and your relationship to others. Would you like to see, really see, a more straightforward life path in front of you? Perhaps even reduce stress or push those intangible blocks to one side – the ones holding you back?
If so, I’d encourage you to explore Shamanic healing with me. I can work with you in person or remotely.
What is Shamanic Healing
Simply defined, Shamanic healing is a multi-layered, restorative approach that works with the body, mind/emotions, soul and spirit.
Its goal is simple yet profound: To enable healing, whatever that means to you.
Something to know:
It’s not the shaman who heals, as such. Instead, invited into the physical world, a team of spiritual guides leads and informs the shaman with wisdom and advice to pass to the person in question.
The process involves certain ceremonies, rituals and methods to address any emotional or spiritual issues that could be troubling you – including trauma. In this way, you could gain self-knowledge and rediscover parts of your life that you may have lost along the way.
Shamanism is a path well-travelled; the Shamanic tradition stretches back some 50,000 years, or even longer.
Qualifications
Shamanism is a long-term interest of mine. I feel blessed to have studied with renowned Shamanic practitioner Howard Malpas, and gained a Warrior in the Heart Foundation Certificate in Shamanic Practitioner’s Training in 2024.
I am currently training in Sound Healing at the College of Sound Healing.
